What if I exceed my monthly limit?

We won't stop your service but you will be charged the overage rate according to your plan. We will however email you when you are approaching your monthly limit to let you know. We also apply an automatic brake in the event that you exceed your limit by 100% to ensure that you don't inadvertently create unforseen charges.

Do you offer discounts on annual plans?

Yes, 15%. Monthly commitments can be cancelled at anytime, annual commitments (with 15% discount) are, well, annual! All packages auto-renew until cancelled.

Can we upgrade or downgrade our package?

Yes, on monthly accounts you can upgrade or downgrade your account at anytime. For annual accounts, please contact us.
